Display Addresses and Driving Directions - Sometimes, the public is not allowed to see all of the available addresses (in all areas) and driving directions... that is unless you create an account on this website. Save Searches - Saving your search criteria saves you time by letting you check in from time to time to find the latest information for the areas you are most interested in. Automatic Email Notification - When you save your search criteria, you will be given the option to have new listings that fit your criteria automatically emailed to you. This will allow you to stay ahead of the crowd by being one of the first to hear about new listings. Save Favorite Listings - Saving your favorite listings is quick and easy and will save you the hassle of having to hunt down the listings you like again and again, each time you return to the website. Need to show your spouse the great listing you saw earlier today? Just save it to your favorites and it's right there when you (or they) next login! TourBook (Beta) - Creating a TourBook allows you to select and route a tour of homes you would like to view with detailed driving directions, photos and, when available, open house information. The easiest way to begin creating a TourBook is by adding listings to your Favorites. Reports - Login to your account to view a list of the Neighborhood/School reports and information you have requested. This will allow you to review them to help make your home buying decisions that much easier!
