Please indicate when you are thinking of selling and if you will be moving within the Spokane, Spokane Valley, Liberty Lake or Eastern Washington area or will be relocating outside of the region. After receiving your request, I will contact you to set up an appointment to preview your home. By allowing me to personally view your property, I will be better prepared to accurately evaluate your properties current market value. This will also allow me to more easily determine the value by comparing it to the hundreds of homes I personally view each year.
